Ordering & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Currently, we primarily ship nationwide. However, for specific international requests, please contact our support team to see if we can arrange a custom shipping quote for your destination.
Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We take great care in packaging, but accidents occasionally happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
